Introducing Engagerly 2.0

Engagerly 2.0 is out of beta today and available to every Discord server. It's a rebuilt bot and a brand-new web dashboard, designed around one idea: give members good reasons to show up, take part and stay, and give you a clear view of what's working.

Here's what's in the release.

Build any quest without code

The heart of 2.0 is the new task builder. Instead of picking from a fixed list of task types, you combine four choices:

• Action — what members do: check in, send messages, reply, react, spend time in voice, invite friends, boost the server and more.
• Scope — where it counts, from the whole server down to a single channel.
• Reset — how often progress starts over: once, daily, weekly or monthly.
• Reward style — one-time, tiered milestones, streaks with make-up check-ins, repeating cycles, rankings or a shared community goal.

A daily check-in streak, a weekly chat ranking and a server-wide goal where everyone splits a reward pool are all built the same way. Tasks are grouped into categories and posted as panels in Discord, ranking tasks show live standings, and anti-abuse settings such as minimum message length, cooldowns, account-age checks and verification periods keep rewards fair.

Progress members can see

Levels & XP are available on every plan, including Free. Members earn XP for chatting, voice time and completing tasks, and you choose the curve — linear, quadratic, exponential, per rank tier and more. Any level can unlock a Discord role, points or a temporary XP boost, and level roles stay in sync automatically.

Leaderboards rank members by points, XP, level or tasks for the period you choose, and can be posted as polished images.

An economy that's yours

You can now run multiple currencies side by side: an everyday currency for activity and a rarer one for big rewards. Members send currency to each other with /transfer and convert between currencies with /exchange. Scheduled resets let you run seasons and decide how much members keep, and balances can be imported or exported as CSV.

Things worth spending on

Points only matter when they buy something. 2.0 adds a full set of ways to spend them:

• A shop for roles, downloadable files, key codes and custom items, with stock, purchase limits, sale schedules, order management and one-click refunds.
• Giveaways where members buy numbered tickets with points, with entry requirements, rerolls and automatic prize delivery.
• Drops that land on demand, on an interval, daily at a set time or after a number of chat messages.
• Coinflip tables with bet limits, daily caps and a house edge you control.
• Code pools members redeem with /redeem, or that you hand out as shop and giveaway prizes.

Know what's working

Analytics covers seven reports — overview, engagement, economy, levels, tasks, commerce and members — so you can see daily active members, retention, where new members come from and where your currency is earned and spent. Every plan gets the overview; Premium unlocks every report, hourly detail and CSV export.

Running a community is rarely a one-person job, so 2.0 also adds team permissions. Create dashboard roles with access to exactly the modules someone manages, grant them by Discord role or by member, and see every admin change in the audit log.

Faster setup, under your brand

Quick Setup walks a new server through connecting the bot and publishing a first check-in, so you can be live in minutes. Permission health checks tell you when the bot is missing access and how to fix it. Engagerly only asks for the permissions its features need and never requires Administrator.

Everything is configured in the dashboard. In Discord, members keep a short list of commands like /profile, /points and /redeem.

No subscriptions

Engagerly is free to start, and Free stays free. When you need more, buy Premium or Ultimate time for a server as a 30-day, 365-day or Lifetime pass. Extra passes stack after your current plan, and auto-renew is optional and off by default. You can pay by card or in USDC, and members can sponsor the server's plan at the same prices with /plan.
